How Zavior Fix works

How fast can I book a Zavior Fix service?
Most services can be requested in minutes. The booking form shows available dates and slots before confirmation.
Who accepts my booking?
Approved providers who match the service and area can accept open jobs. Admins can also assign a provider when operational support is needed.
Can I cancel my booking?
If no provider is assigned, you can cancel directly. If a provider is assigned, submit a cancellation request with a detailed reason for admin review.
How are final charges handled?
The booking shows an estimated total. Extra hours and materials are added only through the provider completion report and final invoice workflow.
Can I review the provider?
Yes. Customers can leave a star rating and written feedback after the job is completed.
