Privacy Policy

Zavior Fix respects the privacy of customers, providers, applicants, and administrators who use the platform. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate a home-service marketplace in Dubai. This may include your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, area, building or villa details, apartment number, landmark, booking notes, preferred service, selected date and time, uploaded service images, account details, dashboard activity, support messages, provider application information, and order history.

When a booking is created, we may also store service options, estimated duration, payment method, COD fee, accepted terms status, order status history, cancellation requests, provider assignment details, completion notes, completion images, reviews, and invoice records.

2. Location and address details

Customers may enter address details manually or use a browser-supported location feature to help fill address fields. Location access is controlled by the customer browser and device. Zavior Fix uses location or address information only to support booking, provider assignment, service delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support.

3. How we use information

  • To create, confirm, update, assign, complete, cancel, or review service bookings.
  • To help providers understand the service request, address, access notes, and customer instructions.
  • To notify customers, providers, and admins about booking progress and support actions.
  • To generate invoices, maintain order timelines, and keep operational records.
  • To improve services, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and protect the marketplace.
  • To respond to contact forms, support requests, provider applications, and account verification requests.

4. Payment and transaction information

Zavior Fix may store payment method selections, transaction references, payment status, invoice amounts, COD fee information, and refund notes. Sensitive card details should be handled by the payment gateway and are not intended to be stored directly by Zavior Fix.

5. Sharing with providers and operations teams

Approved providers receive only the information needed to evaluate, accept, travel to, and complete a job. Admins and authorized operations users may access customer, provider, order, invoice, cancellation, review, and support records when necessary to operate the service.

6. Service images and completion records

Images uploaded by customers or providers are used to understand the issue, document the site condition, support completion reporting, resolve disputes, and improve service quality. Do not upload private, unrelated, or sensitive images that are not required for the booking.

7. Cookies, sessions, and security

The website uses sessions, CSRF protection, authentication, role-based permissions, validation, and security headers to protect dashboard and admin activity. Cookies may be used to keep users signed in, secure forms, remember session state, and support normal website functionality.

8. Retention

We keep booking, invoice, support, provider, and account records for as long as needed for operational, accounting, legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Records may be retained after account inactivity when they are connected to orders, invoices, reviews, provider reports, or compliance needs.

9. Your choices

You may update account details from your dashboard where available, contact support about inaccurate information, request help with account access, or ask questions about privacy handling. Some records, such as invoices, order history, dispute notes, and security logs, may need to remain in the system for legitimate business reasons.
