Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how customers, providers, applicants, and visitors may use Zavior Fix. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a booking, applying as a provider, or using dashboard features, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Marketplace role

Zavior Fix provides a digital marketplace and operations workflow for Dubai home-service bookings. The platform helps customers discover services, submit requests, track orders, and receive invoices. Providers are independent service professionals or businesses that may accept, be assigned to, and complete approved service requests.

2. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate name, phone, email, area, address, building, apartment, landmark, and access information.
  • Select the service that best matches the required work and describe the issue clearly.
  • Upload only relevant images and avoid sharing private or unrelated information.
  • Ensure safe access to the property, building, parking, service area, utilities, and equipment.
  • Be available during the selected slot for provider calls, access, approval, and completion confirmation.

3. Booking requests and provider assignment

A booking request is not a guarantee that a provider has accepted the job. Providers may accept jobs that match their approved service assignments and coverage. Admins may also assign providers manually when required for operations. Zavior Fix may reject, cancel, reschedule, or request clarification for bookings with incomplete, unsafe, inaccurate, or unsupported details.

4. Pricing, estimates, and extra work

Service pages may show hourly rates, minimum visit durations, COD fees, campaign offers, or estimated totals. These amounts help customers understand expected starting costs. Final charges may change if the provider reports extra time, materials, parking, access delays, additional scope, replacement parts, or work that was not included in the original request.

Customers should approve any material change in scope before extra work proceeds. If a customer requests additional work during the visit, it may be treated as a new scope, extra hours, or a separate booking.

5. Payments and invoices

Zavior Fix may support cash on delivery, online payment gateway workflows, payment status tracking, invoices, and refund notes. Customers are responsible for paying confirmed service charges, approved extra work, materials, and applicable fees. Final invoices are generated from the booking, provider report, and admin workflow.

6. Provider standards

Providers must apply honestly, maintain accurate business and contact details, accept only work they can complete, arrive prepared, communicate professionally, protect customer property, submit accurate completion reports, and follow the service scope approved through the platform.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

Customers may cancel eligible bookings before provider assignment from the dashboard where available. After assignment, cancellation requests may require admin review because the provider may have prepared, traveled, purchased materials, or reserved time for the job. Zavior Fix may approve, reject, or apply deductions based on timing, provider status, service progress, and operational records.

8. Safety and access

Customers must provide a safe working environment. Providers may refuse work if the property, equipment, access route, wiring, water source, ladder area, pest condition, structural condition, or customer behavior creates unsafe conditions. Zavior Fix may pause or cancel jobs when safety is at risk.

9. Reviews and content

Customers may leave reviews after completed jobs. Reviews should be honest, specific, and respectful. Zavior Fix may remove content that is abusive, false, promotional, private, discriminatory, unlawful, or unrelated to the service experience.

10. Accounts and verification

Customers, providers, and admins are responsible for keeping account access secure. Email verification, OTP checks, password resets, and role permissions may be used to protect the platform. You must not access another user's account, misuse dashboards, scrape data, bypass permissions, or interfere with the website.

11. Service limitations

Zavior Fix does not promise that every service will be available in every area, at every time, or for every property condition. Hidden defects, unavailable parts, building restrictions, authority approvals, landlord permissions, and unsafe site conditions may delay or prevent completion.

12. Updates to terms

Zavior Fix may update these terms as services, booking flows, provider operations, payment options, support processes, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
