Service Guarantee

The Zavior Fix service guarantee is built around visibility, accountability, and support. We cannot promise that every hidden defect or property condition can be solved in one visit, but we do promise to keep the service workflow structured and reviewable.

What the guarantee includes

  • Approved provider participation before jobs are visible to providers.
  • Service, customer, address, timing, and access details stored in one order record.
  • Status tracking from booking request through acceptance, assignment, completion, cancellation, or review.
  • Completion reporting with notes, extra charges, materials, images where applicable, and final invoice support.
  • Customer review and support channels after the job is completed.

When support can review a job

Customers can request review when the provider missed the confirmed scope, completion notes appear inaccurate, final charges need explanation, service images show an unresolved issue, or the order timeline does not match the customer experience.

What is outside the guarantee

The guarantee does not cover unsafe access, customer-supplied defective parts, unapproved extra work, hidden structural issues, authority approvals, landlord permissions, building management restrictions, natural wear, unrelated future damage, or problems outside the confirmed service scope.

How to use it

Contact support with your order number, booking email, photos, completion notes, and a clear explanation. The operations team reviews the order history, provider report, invoice, and customer feedback before recommending a correction, follow-up, partial adjustment, or other next step.
